14-Day Full Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Kcaly. If for any reason you are not happy with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to support@kcaly.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include the email or phone number associated with your account
  3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date
  • Refunds apply to subscription payments processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record
  • After the 14-day window, you can still cancel your subscription at any time — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
